Nine Diagnostics was selected to present at the second annual Boston Biotech Investor Day, an invitation-only forum held on September 18, 2025 in Boston, Massachusetts, co-hosted by LabCentral, BioLabs, The Engine, and the Termeer Institute.
The event brought together 48 early-stage companies developing novel therapies and transformative human health technologies alongside more than 90 investors and biopharma partners. Participating companies delivered pitches and poster presentations to an audience of venture investors and strategic partners, followed by post-event networking. Now in its second year, Boston Biotech Investor Day has emerged as a flagship gathering for early-stage life sciences innovation in the Cambridge and Boston ecosystem, designed to connect founders with the capital and partnership relationships needed to advance their work toward clinical and commercial impact.
Nine Diagnostics presented its AI-enabled multi-omic nanosensor platform and its application to precision oncology, highlighting the company’s progress in on-treatment response monitoring and its roadmap toward clinical validation and commercialization. The platform simultaneously captures proteomic, metabolomic, and lipidomic signals from a blood draw, applying machine learning to identify disease-relevant patterns without requiring prior knowledge of which biomarkers matter.
Selection for Boston Biotech Investor Day provided Nine Diagnostics direct access to the investor and biopharma partner community, enabling targeted conversations with potential collaborators and funders as the company advances toward its first clinical validation milestones.
About Nine Diagnostics
Nine Diagnostics is an AI-enabled multi-omic nanosensor company advancing precision medicine. The platform simultaneously captures proteomic, metabolomic, and lipidomic signals alongside patient clinical context to generate a multi-omic fingerprint, using machine learning to identify disease-relevant patterns without requiring prior knowledge of which biomarkers matter. This enables pre-treatment patient stratification, on-treatment response monitoring, and post-treatment minimal residual disease detection. Founded by Freddy T. Nguyen, MD, PhD (CEO), Daniel A. Heller, PhD (CSO), and Mijin Kim, PhD (Scientific Advisor), Nine Diagnostics is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
